Al Anvar Private ITI established in the year 2008. The prime concern behind the establishment of the Industrial Training Institute, by the Kuniyil Humathul Islam Sangam (Reg.No.36/68), was to put an end to the educational backwardness of the region and neighborhood. The Organization has always cherished value based education. Thanks to Almighty Allah, it has so far triumphed in its objectives, despite various constrains.
A large number of students were falling out and those who completed school education were deprived of higher education, as they lacked the essential skills. As a result, a very few students were able to get admission in Universities and professional colleges. While those who have an aptitude in technology go for degree and diploma courses in engineering students, with fewer calibers depend on ITI, ITC and other certificate courses. But the recognized institutions are insufficient, majority of students were deprived of opportunity to study such institutions, especially students from rural areas. It is in order to exploit the increasing demand for such technicians in national and international job market Al Anvar Industrial Training Institute was established in 2008. It leads to provide an effective, substitutional education, considering the increasing possibilities of technical studies. The ITI promote job- oriented courses, Govt. Approved NCVT certificate courses are held in Draughts men civil and Electrical engineering. It is worth remembering that the fund required for establishing the ITI, that is 17 lakhs rupees was raised from the generous people on a long term loan basis and donations.
42 talented students are trained every year. Five batches have already passed out and they are all employed in different firms and different countries. In order to develop soft skills of the students and their social commitment varieties of programmes are included in the curriculum. Several activities were implemented for enhancing the quality of learning and to equip the students to complete the job market.
